3. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as secure online payments via Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards across all Emirates in the UAE.

4. Cancellations & Returns

Orders can be canceled before shipping. Returns are accepted within 15 days for unused items in original packaging. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.

5. Delivery

We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Handling Time: 0–1 Business Days. Transit Time: 1–2 Business Days. Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 Business Days.
