Order Cut-off Time

Orders received before 4:00 PM (GMT+4:00) Gulf Standard Time (Dubai) on business days (Monday–Saturday) are generally processed on the same day. Orders placed after the daily cut-off, on Sundays, or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Handling Time

0–1 business day (Monday–Saturday). Most orders submitted before the 4:00 PM cut-off are prepared and dispatched on the same business day.
